Employer: Regional Media Company
Challenge: Division losing money, business going through leadership transition, CEO wants to take the business to the next level despite all the setbacks and challenges.
Solution: As the director, I placed several achievable goals for employees to improve morale; implemented training and new flexible culture with a different code of ethics and values; built partnerships and alliances with vendors and clients to cut costs; conducted in-person damage control with existing clients; came up with and executed a new marketing & sales plan.
Key Results: Increased revenue to $1mil in less than a year; reduced sales costs by 20%; reduced production costs by 40%.

Challenge: For about five years, this local company's perception was "mediocre" at best. Unhappy clients, poor company culture, and demotivated employees made the matter worse.
Solution: Change in pricing, improve quality of output, and implement better employee training program; resulted in better brand communication with customers.
Key Results: Increased web traffic by 300% in less than three months; built key alliances with area businesses that resulted in 20% cost reduction; increased employee productivity; and increased revenue by 20% in six months.

Client: Fortune 500 medical device company
Challenge: Patients using the device don't follow nutritional guidelines, mainly due to ineffective learning methods. 
Solution: 
Worked with nutritionists in creating a "script" for an educational mobile app. Hired and managed a team of app developers and designers to finish the project. Reported to company senior executives. 
Key Results: A mobile app game for patients and their relatives. The game and its environment teaches them what foods to avoid and what food substitutes to choose.

Case #4: Reduce Sales Costs
Client: Global dental device company
Challenge: Sales reps travel to numerous conferences and have to cary heavy brochures. Brochures change from event-to-event increasing the costs of print and travel.
Solution: Hired and managed a team of app developers and designers in creating a mobile application to reduce brochure printing costs.
Key Results: A password protected mobile app that displays sales brochures. Brochures can be uploaded to the app from a web portal by sales reps. No internet connection needed to browse the brochure at conventions.

Case #5: Reduce Training Costs
Client: Fortune 500 financial company
Challenge: More than 50,000 employees need training on customer service. It is not feasible to fly them to locations for training purposes. 
Solution: Instead of taking employees to training locations, why not bring the location to their desks with 360 immersive video! 
Key Results: Researched the effectiveness of 360 Video immersive training by conducting surveys and case studies on-location. Devised an execution plan, researched and identified vendors, and proposed best practices. Reported to senior management. The 360 video naturally eliminated the need for training travel.
