It is not feasible to fly them to locations for training purposes. Solution: Instead of taking employees to training locations, why not bring the location to their desks with 360 immersive video! Key Results: Researched the effectiveness of 360 Video immersive training by conducting surveys and case studies on-location. Devised an execution plan, researched and identified vendors, and proposed best practices. Reported to senior management. The 360 video naturally eliminated the need for training travel.
